Position Summary:
The Business Sales Consultant must be able to influence C-Suite decision makers to think differently about their business through the co-employment relationship offerings of CoAd. The Business Sales Consultant is responsible for establishing new customer business and identifying client's needs in the commercial markets of their assigned region. The primary objective of the Business Sales Consultant role is to establish new prospects and sell CoAd PEO services per annual quota. This is a field sales position that begins as a hunter role with uncapped earning potential.
Essential Job Functions:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients
- Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily
- Produce sales leads via 1). self-generation 2). BDR generated warm leads 3). Business referrals (associates)

Role Description
Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Commercial Counsel supports the Legal Department by structuring, drafting, and negotiating the commercial agreements that power CoAd's go-to-market motion. This role provides practical, business-oriented legal guidance to Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams, helping them move quickly and confidently while protecting the company.
Core Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts, with a primary focus on agreements for the delivery of PEO, payroll, and other HR services to customers through CoAd's tech-enabled platform.
- Support Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams on customer contracting, including managing a high volume of customer agreements and supporting RFP submissions.
- Develop, update, and maintain standard form agreements, templates, and negotiation playbooks, ensuring alignment with internal policy and applicable law.
- Provide practical, actionable legal advice and recommendations to management on commercial and contractual matters.
- Provide training to internal teams on contracting fundamentals and other legal topics relevant to the business.
- Assist with the development of corporate policies, systems, and procedures that streamline and support the contracting process.

Position Summary
The Business Sales Consultant must be able to influence C-Suite decision makers to think differently about their business through the co-employment relationship offerings of CoAd. The Business Sales Consultant is responsible for establishing new customer business and identifying client's needs in the commercial markets of their assigned region. The primary objective of the Business Sales Consultant role is to establish new prospects and sell CoAd PEO services per annual quota. This is a field sales position that begins as a hunter role with uncapped earning potential.
Essential Job Functions
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients
- Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily
- Produce sales leads via 1). self-generation 2). BDR generated warm leads 3). Business referrals (associates)
- Actively develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners
- Identify and establish potential channel partners
- Establish 150 - 200+ new connections each week
- Maintain and/or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators
- Identify, collaborate and strategize with C-Suite level professionals on their business needs to introduce, expand and sell CoAd products and services
- Represent CoAd as the leading and best PEO provider
- Adhere to the CoAd Core Competencies and Core Values both inside and outside of the office
- Special projects as assigned
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools (e.g., generative AI, copilots) and a willingness to incorporate them into daily workflows.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve productivity, draft content, or summarize information.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical discipline and / or equivalent experience in related field
- 3-5+ years of experience with complex business solutions-based sales and/or 2 years' experience in outside sales
- 3-5+ years of experience in a business environment
- PEO consulting experience (preferred)
- Possess a strong working knowledge of employment and labor laws, workforce management best practices and procedures, and state/federal benefit regulations and benefits industry standards (preferred)
- Previous experience in a consultative sales role
- Proven and documented sales track record with complex solution-based sales
- Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and to understand a client's underlying business and organizational issues
- Outstanding ability to meet and exceed sales quotas
- Ability to identify, establish and develop new complex sales business
- Outstanding ability to hunt for new customers

Position Summary
CoAd is hiring a Benefits Specialist to join our Operations team. Works with the health, life, dental, vision and disability insurance plans for CoAd. Ensures compliance with Section 125, FSA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA as well as other applicable state and federal benefit laws. Follows policies and procedures that support the organizational and business goals of CoAd.
The preferred work location for this role would be to be based out of our Bradenton, FL office working 11am - 8pm EST, although we are open to remote candidates who could accommodate this schedule.
Essential Job Functions
• Provides support for a specific client product/service to internal and external clients.
• Responds to and resolves questions. Administration of health, life, dental, vision, FSA, & disability insurance plans.
• Ensures compliance with Sec 125, FSA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA & other applicable state & federal benefit laws.
• Process all new hire enrollments, life status changes & terminations.
• Monitor and maintain coverage of the inbound phone queue during business hours, providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance to worksite employees and clients regarding benefits, enrollment, eligibility, and other service-related inquiries. Escalate issues outside of scope as appropriate to ensure prompt resolution.
• Provides online medical, prescription & dental data entry with applicable carriers.
• Audits benefit enrollments & processes both client & employee adjustments as necessary.
• Provides assistance with adjudication of monthly bills as needed.
• Participates in the annual OE process.
• Coordinates transfer of benefit elections to participating carriers on a daily basis as needed.
• Compliance of governmental regulations.
• Utilizes Salesforce to document and communicate client and/or employee requests, challenges, issues and resolution.
• Maintains good oral and written communication skills with clients, sales and other service associates.
Required Skills and Experience
• Must have high school diploma or GED
