About the job

The Senior Director, Product Management is a strategic product leader responsible for defining product vision, roadmap strategy, and business outcomes for our Benefits and HR Product Domains. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, this role is accountable for building and leading a world-class product management organization while maintaining hands-on ownership of a key product area during the team-building phase.

This is not a sit-behind-a-desk-and-direct position. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves role that creates visibility for you and your team within CoAd, across the customer base, and in the market. You will lead discovery and delivery, establish product operating models, coach emerging PMs, and drive outcomes. We are a fast-paced organization and expect this role to keep up or go faster.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in HCM, Benefits administration, and Talent management, enabling them to proactively identify market opportunities, anticipate customer needs, and shape product investments that strengthen CoAd's competitive position. You will partner closely with the Business and Technology stakeholders to ensure your product domain delivers measurable customer and business value.

Why This Role Matters

The Senior Director of Product Management shapes the customer experience, revenue potential, and market differentiation within a critical product domain. Success requires a leader who combines deep HCM and Benefits expertise with strong product leadership, strategic thinking, and an obsessive focus on delivering measurable customer and business value.

This leader will set the agenda for what your product domain builds next - driving the product investments, platform capabilities, and customer experiences that position CoAd as the provider of choice in the HCM and payroll market. As you scale from an individual contributor mindset to a leader of leaders, you will establish the PM operating model, hire and develop emerging talent, and create a culture of customer obsession and accountability. CoAd is competing to lead this market, not follow it, and this role is critical to getting there.
