About the job
The Senior Manager, Product Partnerships is responsible for identifying, negotiating and managing partnerships that enhance or expand CoAd’s portfolio of solutions offered to clients, ensuring that collaborations align with market needs and drive product success. The Senior Manager, Product Partnerships reports directly to the Director, Product Operations, collaborating closely with Product Management, Operations, Technology, Sales, Procurement and Legal partners. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with partners, integrating their capabilities into product offerings, and leveraging synergies to expand market reach.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify, evaluate, and develop new strategic partnerships that enhance product capabilities and market presence
· Work closely with product development, marketing, and sales to meet partner requirements and align on product strategies
· Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps to inform partnership strategies
· Build and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring alignment with company objective
· Track KPIs for product partnerships, analyze results, and provide insights to improve collaboration and outcomes
· Serve as the first point of contact to resolve conflicts with vendor partners and maintain strong relationships
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate partner solutions into product offerings on time and within scope
· Support partnership agreements, contract management, and resolve any issues that arise in coordination with Procurement and Legal teams
· Provide product information, assist in presentations, and support sales teams in promoting partnership benefits
Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, product management, or a related field;
· 6+ years’ experience in Product Partnership Management, Strategic Alliance Management or similar roles
· Ability to assess market needs and align partnerships with business goals
· Strong written and verbal communication to build and maintain relationships
· Proven ability to manage multiple partnerships and projects simultaneously
· Negotiation Skills: Experience negotiating terms that benefit both
